My Agency & Partnership (corporations) Professor quoted Heidi Klum today when talking about scope of employment.
For instance, you're a driver for a company ... you make your delivery ... you stop by to see your mom on the way back to the company ... while backing out of our your mother's driveway you run over a neighbor boy ... can the neighbor's family sue the company since he was a driver using the company's truck?
Anyway, he was talking about "Scope of Employment" being inside the scope of employment or being outside the scope of employment and used the Project Runway Host's famous line "One day you're in and the next day you're out"
He credited her for the phrase.
